WISIT, s.r.o. is a design studio based in Bratislava, Slovakia. We are the controller of the personal data you share with us through this website. You can reach us anytime at hello@wisitstudio.com.

Contact form — when you write to us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it only to reply and to prepare an offer if you ask for one.

Email — if you contact us directly, we keep the conversation so we can pick up where we left off.

Cookies — the site stores your cookie preferences and, only with your consent, anonymous statistics. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We process your data to answer your message and, if things go well, to prepare and deliver our work for you. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form) and, later, the contract between us. We don't use your data for advertising profiles and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. If we work together, we keep what's needed for the contract and for legal accounting duties under Slovak law.

Only our small team. We use a few trusted service providers (hosting, email) who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. Your data stays within the EU/EEA wherever possible.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time — just email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
